This September saw us launch Wine Lab, our new event concept where guests tasted through the wine trends of the future and discovered the science behind wine. Over two days in Bristol and Manchester, we experimented with the elements of taste and visitors learnt how to create perfect pairings, they built their own Negronis and even took on our Blind Taste Challenge. But the highlight had to be our Tignanello vertical tasting with Marchesi Antinori CEO and Chief Oenologist, Renzo Cotarello LIVE from Italy.
